On Monday, April 10, the Lady Bulldogs took on Ellsworth in a doubleheader for their first home games of the season. The scores for the games were 15-0, and 18-3.
The Bulldogs started the first game off with 7 runs instantly and did not let up one bit.
Ellsworth had a better pitcher to hit off of than recent competition, which helped the Bulldogs rally off in hitting. The girls had a little slip in defense when Ellsworth scored their three runs due to errors. The team made up for it and scored another 5 runs.
The Lady Bulldogs now have an 85-3 lead with all of their runs for the four games this season.
The next game for the Lady Bulldogs is this upcoming Thursday, April 13, against Pellston at home. They also play Friday, April 14, against Pickford, at home at 4:00 p.m.
